Each season, we progress through normal and then heroic raid until we get AOTC.
Most of our guild focuses on PvE content, but some players do battlegrounds and arenas.
Normal raids are open to all members. At the beginning of each season, we learn the fights on normal and progress through the raid until most players no longer need normal boss loot.
Heroic raids require a minimum level of performance, though we try to include everyone who wants to join. If progession stalls, we may update the raid roster so the guild can complete AOTC.

Damaging / healing numbers at least half of the top average. Uses raid cooldowns on cue.
Stays composed during progression. Gives and accepts feedback constructively.
Item level higher than normal raid loot. Completes weekly content and upgrades.
Talented in the right abilities. Aware of best-in-slot drops from the raid loot table.
Maintains buffs (e.g., food, flask) during combat. Keeps gems and enchants current.
We prioritize main characters for loot. Geared alts are welcome, but defer upgrades to players on their mains.
We set our main spec for loot preference. Offspec rolls are fine; the game handles priority automatically.
We want everyone to get 4-set ASAP. Use need for upgrades you'll equip immediately, and greed for 'maybe' items.
